SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON – PUBLIC SAFETY POWER SHUTOFF

Incident Summary

Ventura County Sheriff’s Emergency Services and the National Weather Service are monitoring a developing moderate Santa Ana Wind event expected to impact Ventura County.  Southern California Edison is still monitoring 4 circuits in Ventura County for a possible Public Safety Power Shutoff.

SANTA ANA WIND EVENT & PUBLIC SAFETY POWER SHUTOFFS

Weather Summary

Due to improved conditions, the National Weather Service cancelled the remainder of the Red Flag Warning for Ventura County as of 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 11, 2024.  Thursday through Monday bring the chance of light rain through a series of very mild storms. For more information on the forecast, visit the National Weather Service

Southern California Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS)

Due to improved conditions, Southern California Edison has discontinued monitoring the majority of circuits for PSPS. Remaining circuits without power are being inspected for re-energization. For questions regarding power restoration, or to submit a claim resulting from power loss,  please contact Southern California Edison or call 1-800-655-4555.
